How far in advance should I book?<\/h3>\n

This depends a lot on the type of event: Weddings and Large Celebrations: <\/strong>Popular venues are often booked 1\u20132 years in advance \u2013 the earlier we start, the more relaxed the process.
That said, last-minute inquiries are often worth trying, especially in the off-season and during winter. <\/em>
Seminars, Workshops, and Smaller Corporate Events: <\/strong>Usually bookable at short notice.
Larger Business Events and Anniversaries:<\/strong> A lead time of 3\u201312 months is recommended.
Even with spontaneous ideas, it's worth reaching out \u2013 thanks to my network, I can often find suitable solutions on short notice too.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Who signs the contracts with the vendors?<\/h3>\n

You sign the contracts for catering, venue, photography, etc. directly with the service providers \u2013 this guarantees 100% price transparency with no hidden markups. I take care of gathering quotes, negotiating, and coordinating everything.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

What happens if you get sick on the day of the event?<\/h3>\n
\n\n

Don't worry, your event always comes first! For emergencies, I have a reliable network in place: I work with trusted colleagues who can seamlessly step in for me, guided by my detailed event plan.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Do you keep track of our budget?<\/h3>\n
\n\n

Yes, absolutely! With my background in business administration, I keep numbers and costs structured from the very start \u2013 transparency always comes first. At the beginning, we create a budget overview, which I update continuously. Before any contract is signed or costs are incurred, you get the final approval. For unforeseen expenses: I build in a realistic buffer right from the start. For hard-to-predict items (e.g. drinks based on consumption), I rely on my experience to keep them as well-calculated as possible.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

That's absolutely no problem! I'm happy to include your preferred providers in the planning and coordinate directly with them.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

We stay flexible and in touch \u2013 by email, WhatsApp, or phone. Depending on the planning phase, we also schedule fixed milestone calls.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

What does your payment structure look like?<\/h3>\n
\n\n

Fair and transparent billing is very important to me.
Private celebrations:<\/strong> Staged by milestones \u2013 a reservation payment, an interim payment at the mid-planning point, and a final invoice after the event.
Corporate clients:<\/strong> Usually a single invoice after successful completion.
Flexible & individual:<\/strong> If a different model suits your budget or accounting better, we'll discuss it in our initial consultation.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

What happens if we need to postpone or cancel the event?<\/h3>\n
\n\n

In case of a postponement, we'll find a new date together. In case of a cancellation, the fair, contractually agreed cancellation terms apply \u2013 you'll only be billed for the work actually completed up to that point.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

When booked as Day Manager or as part of full-service planning: yes, absolutely! I'm there behind the scenes, handle anything unexpected smoothly, and make sure all service providers work hand in hand \u2013 so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

What's the difference between the venue's own event manager and you?<\/h3>\n
\n\n

The venue's event manager is primarily responsible for the building and internal operations.
I, on the other hand, am your event planner<\/a><\/strong>, your personal point of contact, and I keep the entire big picture in view.
What this means:<\/strong> Coordinating and aligning all external service providers (photo, music, decor) as well as budget and timeline control.
Point of contact for all guests:<\/strong> I make time for your guests, both beforehand and intensively on the day itself. Whether it's secret speeches, games, or surprise contributions \u2013 your guests can reach out to me directly. <\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
